Conditions and Info

Hours of operation:

Our standard hours are from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 2pm. Collections and Deliveries may however be requested outside these times. A small surcharge will apply. All times requested must fall within COVID-19 curfew times and allow sufficient time for our drivers to return home.

Delivery times:

We deliver items direct after collection. Times depend on distance to be travelled between areas and traffic encountered on route. You may contact the driver at any time to request an update on current location and estimated delivery time. Please only do this by phone call and not by text or WhatsApp message. All drivers have car phone kits in their vehicles to accept calls while in transit.

We do not insure goods for transport. We do not take any responsibility for goods in transit. We however will take utmost care (within our power) to ensure that your goods collected reaches it destination.


We will take the utmost care to deliver your package to the destination. Our safety of our vehicles and staff is of utmost importance. We may refuse collection or delivery, should we be concerned about safety. We will notify you immediately of this concern and discuss alternative arrangements.

Our vehicles:

Our vehicles may be branded in which case it will be branded “The Web Directory”. You may request the registration number of the vehicle beforehand for your and our security, or access purposes. We make use of standard sedan vehicles. Goods need to be able to fit into a standard sedan boot

Our rights:

We have the right to refuse collection or delivery at any time. In this case the main contact will be informed. Any funds received may then be refunded, depending on the conditions.

How to pay:

We provide a quotation with every enquiry and send an invoice on confirmation. You may pay with a internet transfer or by using our convenient and safe card payment link. Please take note that goods will only be collected when funds reflect in our bank account, when making use of internet payment transfers. We also offer card facilities on collection for clients who frequently use our services.

Goods not allowed:

We have the right to request information of what we collect and deliver. No illicit drugs or illegal substances will be allowed. No hazardous items will be allowed. No items that leak or may cause damage to our vehicles will be allowed. We prefer not to deliver goods of high value as we do not offer insurance. Goods must fit into a standard sedan boot.
