Ariel and Juana

Johannesburg based, Argentine double bass and voice duet Ariel & Juana are no newcomers in SA. The project formed  4 years ago in Johannesburg by bassist Ariel Zamonsky  and vocalist Juana Pires Rafael has performed in many stages and collaborated with a number of musicians around Southern Africa and Argentina.

       Their music in both unconventional and captivating. Bass and voice Compositions seasoned with a great amount of improvisation, resulting in an invitation to engage, feel and and reflect.
